30 Day Promise
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer can find an identical in stock item to the one they purchased advertised by Best in Beds at a cheaper price, then we will refund the difference between the two prices.
The customer must provide proof of this advertised lower price in order to be eligible for the refund. This may be provided by way of a photo of an advertisement or a screenshot of the online price on our website.

This 30 Day Best Price Promise is not available for the following products:

- Cash back / coupon offers
- Freebies & Buy X get Y Free promotions
- Contract price
- Clearance products
- Floor stock discounts
- Custom made products
- Bulk purchases
- Prices not available to general public
- Products sold through external platforms/marketplaces such as Catch, Ebay, Amazon, Kogan etc.
- Freight or shipping costs
The 30 day period starts from the date of initial purchase of the items from bestinbeds.com.au and ends at midnight on the 30th day thereafter. All claims must be made before the 30 day period has concluded and will not be accepted after this period has expired.
